I LUV animals so much! Who doesn’t? Cute kittens. Precious puppies. Manic monkeys. Beautiful bears. I love them all! And when traveling around the world there are so many opportunities to interact with animals! I just can’t wait! Here are the top five animal experiences I can’t wait to have on my ‘round the world trip!
African Safari
I totally would not go to Africa right now because, hello, ebola! But if Africa was safe to travel to I would totes want to go on a safari. I would only go to the country on a group tour though because I don’t think Africa is the kind of country you go to by yourself. But a safari would be totally cool! You get to see zebras and lions and giraffes out in their natural element. So. Cool.
Ride a Camel Through the Desert
Riding a camel through the desert is a quintessential moment of travel. Imagine hopping on one and riding through some foreign desert. I hear it’s tough on your you-know-where regions, but it seems so. awesome.
Ride an Elephant
Elephants are amazing. They never forget. They’re big. And they can like, balance on balls and stuff. I would LUV to ride an elephant on my ‘round the world trip. I know there are places in Thailand that are famous for elephant riding. You get to spend a whole day feeding them bananas and bathing them and riding them! Amazeballs!
Pet a Tiger
There is also a place in Thailand where you can go to pet a tiger. Pet a tiger! Oh my! It sounds kind of scary but I’m pretty sure the tigers are drugged up so they won’t bite you. So you can totes pet one and like sit on one and they won’t care. It would make for an adorbs Facebook photo.
Swim with Dolphins
Who doesn’t love dolphins? They are so cute. I’ve seen dolphins at aquariums and zoos before and they do all kinds of fun flips and tricks. But I want to get up close and personal. Who wouldn’t want to swim with a dolphin? It’s like a dream come true. There are places all around the world where you can swim with dolphins. And like ride on their fins and stuff. O-M-G how great would that be?
Which of these animal experiences have you had traveling around the world? Which do you want to do most?
